Our vision is to take care of the world as we take care of our guests through responsible procurement

Five global hotel companies, Accor, Hilton, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and Radisson Hotel Group, and two global hospitality group purchasing organizations, Avendra and Entegra, are the founding members of the Hospitality Alliance for Responsible Procurement (HARP) powered by EcoVadis. Each HARP member is committed to accelerating positive impact across the industry by improving the sustainability performance of hospitality suppliers and strengthening actions to support environmental, human and ethical practices over time.

Our mission

HARP’s mission is to accelerate positive impact across the hospitality industry by embracing a common set of goals and platform for improving sustainability performance of our collective value chain partners.

The founding members of this global Sector Initiative have chosen EcoVadis, an independent sustainability ratings agency, to coordinate the Alliance. EcoVadis scorecards and tools support benchmarking, sharing and improvement of environmental, human, and ethical practices of hospitality suppliers over time.

HARP membership is open to hospitality companies that are committed to sustainability and fulfill the HARP membership requirements. As part of the application process, each applicant must present their case to the HARP Steering Committee. There are two application slots per year.
